Anti-Muslim sloganeering in a rally led by BJYM of BJP in Kerala


On December 1, 2021, the members of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, a youth wing of BJP in Kerala’s Kannur taken a public procession in Thalassery city, where anti-Muslim slogans like “There won’t be any Mosques to pray five times…”, and “We will not allow you to deliver Azaan in the Masjids…,” were raised by BJP workers. The video of the march shared on social media shows right-wing cadres chanting highly provocative anti-Muslim slogans that there won't be Mosques left for holding prayers. The Kannur District Police has taken suo-moto action and booked 25 BJP youth wing leaders.
