- ۔ نیچے دئے گئے فارم کو انگریزی میں بھریں
- ۔ مطلوبہ کاغذات کی PDF کو اپلوڈ کریں اورsave کر دیں، آپ کا فارم جمع ہو گیا ہے
- ۔ جمعیۃ علماء کی ضلعی اور صوبائی اکائیوں کے اپروول کے بعد جاری شدہ تصدیق نامہ کو یہیں سے نکال (download) کر پرنٹ کر لیں الحاق کا فارم تصدیق نامہ فارم
